ZOOO may collect limited information necessary to provide access to the Service, including account details (e.g., name, email), usage logs, and any feedback voluntarily provided.
Information is used solely to provide evaluation access, improve the Service, and ensure security and audit compliance.
ZOOO implements reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, including encryption in transit and at rest, and restricted access to internal staff.
Information will be retained only for the duration of the evaluation period and up to ninety (90) days thereafter, unless a longer period is required by law.
ZOOO does not sell or share evaluation information with third parties, except where legally required.
The Service is provided “AS IS” without warranty of any kind. ZOOO disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including without limitation warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
If information is transferred across borders, ZOOO will comply with applicable legal frameworks, such as Standard Contractual Clauses, to ensure adequate protection.
